What exactly is the new 17 Day KICKSTART Diet?

In case you haven’t heard, Dr. Mike, the creator of the original 17 Day Diet, created a NEW KICKSTART diet in late 2021!

This new diet uses the original diet as its foundation, but it’s more of a plant-forward type of eating.

Is the KICKSTART Challenge Meal Plan Vegetarian?

Absolutely not! While the meal plan does focus on many plant-based proteins from the Kickstart Diet, there is plenty of chicken, a bit of seafood, beef and pork to satisfy all meat lovers!

Plus, most of the recipes are versatile, so if you’re not a fish lover, chicken can be easily used in its place!
